Sad thing is one of my closest friends is ashamed of being an Alma Mater because of the damage Paige Patterson has done to SWBTS and the Southern Baptist Convention. I’m sure there are many more who feel similarly.
I was attending SWBTS in San Antonio when Russell Dilday was axed. It was a sad day for many of us. God took care of Dr. Dilday and now I wonder if the trustees at the time now have regrets.
Ion yes, what a sad day that was! I torched my SWBTS diploma the day Paige “I’d rather be hunting” Patterson took over. I even removed the SWBTS Degree from my Resume… it goes straight from my B.S. Degree to my D.Min. Degree from NOBTS. Yes that’s right, I’d rather say I have no M.Div. from SWBTS than to say I have one from the seminary he serves as the supposed President of… go figure? But that is the way it is folks! He has single handedly destroyed the greatest seminary in the world! He and his cronies have taken a once great institution of theological learning and turned it into a joke of a school. WOW! Where is Dilday when you need him?

Settle down? I did not notice anyone being hyper? Again, before a meeting or not, a picture is worth a thousand words.

The picture being shown or possibly staged to show might have come across better with the caption as David Mills said it above before so many were disappointed. Once at a Youth Camp we camp sponsors, (youth pastor’s, etc.) were going to perform a Church lady (SNL) skit following the service. What cut that short was when Camp Pastor, Loui Giglio, unknowingly preached against a previous camp he’d been to where that was done. Fortunately we youth leaders laughed or were caught in time to change things. Something worth thoroughly thinking about, including the picture with Paige Patterson.
A real test of one's commitment 2 discipline occurs when one is relocating from one place 2 another. The tyranny of the urgent is constant! 22 hours ago
I was blessed this morning by the music of Fan Kidwell. What a talent given by the Lord. Happy Birthday Church. To God be the glory. 1 day ago
Watching a favorite time lose a game is not really a loss when the time you spent watching was spent with a friend-friendship is God's gift. 1 week ago
LOL. Must have been an important meeting. I wonder if this was photoshopped.
I don’t think the photo was altered. Her is the original link: http://twitter.com/drmoore/status/172053117171531776/photo/1

Settle down. No big deal. This happened before the meeting started. We showed this in chapel for a good laugh.
